Directions

  1. Mix beef, crumbs, egg and spices in a bowl. Place mixture between two 15" pieces of waxed paper and roll into a 9x13 rectangle. Take off the top sheet of wax paper and spread the tomato sauce on, top with mushrooms and cheese, leave open an inch on all sides of the loaf. Start at the 9" end and begin by rolling it to the other end. Place seam side down in a lightly greased loaf pan, tuck the edges inches
  2. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, take out and drain the fat. Continue baking for another 30 minutes.
  3. Bon Appetit!
