Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 large onion, diced fine
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced (optional)
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 ounces Southern Comfort (2 shots)
  • 2 teaspoons beef bouillon powder
  • 2 teaspoons tony chachere's creole seasoning

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Then place in a large sauce pan and simmer on medium covered for one hour.
  2. If a thicker sauce is desired remove lid and simmer another 15 minutes.
