  • In a large pot, fry bacon until crispy.
  • Add onions, cook for 6-7 minutes, until wilted.
  • Add garlic, cayenne, green onions.
  • Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in beer, vinegar, molasses.
  • Add greens, 1/3 at a time, pressing down as they start to wilt.
  • Cook uncovered about 1 hour, 15 minutes.
