- season meat with garlic, pepper, and salt.
- Dip into flour, then eggs, then flour again.
- Heat lard in large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry steaks on each side for 3-4 minutes.
- Gravy recipe.
- Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of lard. Mix in flour (2tbsp.) with the oil. cook over med. heat and gradually whisk in milk. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Serve over steaks.
