  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
  2. Break the cream cheese into small pieces and spread in a buttered baking dish.
  3. Bake the cream cheese until soft.
  4. Remove from the oven and stir in cream.
  5. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
  6. Break 6 of the eggs over the top and beat until completely blended.
  7. Cover dish and return to oven until mixture is very well heated.
  8. Break two fresh eggs on top of the mixture and sprinkle with salt and white pepper to taste.
  9. Return to oven and cook until the whites begin to set.
  10. Remove and beat briskly for several minutes.
  11. The mixture should be light and fluffy.
  12. Serve immediately with hot toast points.
