  1. Chicken, Butter, Ritz, Cheese? Can you get any better!! The intro to this easy recipe indicates that kids love it. I am an adult and I too loved it! My change was using cheddar and Parm. Only because I didn't have enough Parmesan for the amount of chicken I was making. I used almost two pounds of chicken where this recipe initially calls for 4 thin cutlets. The cheddar was great so yes? I will mix the cheddar and parm together again. I grated my own cheddar. Don't use the sawdust shreds in the store if you decide to use cheddar with Parm. One review said her chicken was soggy. So, I baked mine in a sheet pan with parchment paper. The bottom was crispy!! Good grief. I cannot wait to make this again. Easy. Yummy. Oh, I served it with rice pilaf and sauteed green beans with a bit of cream sherry. This is Definitely not only for children. Thank you so much for this recipe. It is going into what these days is my old fashioned recipe box, hand written on an index card.

  2. Cut recipe in half and used honey mustard (what I had on hand) . Moist and delicious...DH said it was a keeper. Thanks!

  3. One of my favorites!

  4. We thought this dish was okay, DH said "nothing special". It was very easy to make and I thought it had good flavor. The only thing I didn't really like about it was the bottom got a little soggy, other than that I thought it was pretty good though. Thanks for posting!

  5. We really enjoyed this chicken. The chicken was super moist, you could cut it with a fork. Lots of flavor! We made the kids into "tenders" They liked it as well! I didn't have Dijon mustard so I put in a little ground mustard. It was very, very good!
