Questions & Replies

  1. I'm trying this out. My first instinct was to brown the short ribs first but I am tired tonight and don't feel like doing extra work if it's unnecessary. I intend on eating them tomorrow and skimming off any fat on the top after refrigerating. BTW... I live just outside of Buffalo - so I want to shout out a hello to you neighbor and thanks for sharing your recipe. I'll follow up and let you know how they turn out..

  1. So simple, yet so delicious. My family raved about this dish. I didn't have the heart to tell them how simple it was to prepare. I did add a little crushed garlic and some Cajun hot sauce to suit my tastes, but basically stuck with the recipe you see here.
