Southwest Style Grilled Turkey Burgers

ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey or 1 lb chicken
- 1⁄4 cup bick's hot pepper rings, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup bick's sweet corn relish
- 1⁄4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried chipotle powder
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 12 teaspoons salt
- pepper
- 6 hamburger buns

TOPPINGS
- 6 slices old cheddar cheese
- bick's sandwich savers Bick's Pepper rings-hot, tomato slices, lettuce, guacamole (optional)
directions
- Combine all burger ingredients.
- Wet hands and form into 6 patties. (mixture will be sticky).
- Lightly oil grill and preheat to medium high.
- Grill burgers, covered, 3-5 minutes per side or until juices run clear.
- Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
- TIP: For a healthier option, use whole wheat pita bread and eliminate cheese.
