  • 1 lb ground turkey or 1 lb chicken
  • 14 cup bick's hot pepper rings, chopped
  • 13 cup bick's sweet corn relish
  • 14 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 14 teaspoon dried chipotle powder
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 12 teaspoons salt
  • pepper
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • TOPPINGS

  • 6 slices old cheddar cheese
  • bick's sandwich savers Bick's Pepper rings-hot, tomato slices, lettuce, guacamole (optional)

  • Combine all burger ingredients.
  • Wet hands and form into 6 patties. (mixture will be sticky).
  • Lightly oil grill and preheat to medium high.
  • Grill burgers, covered, 3-5 minutes per side or until juices run clear.
  • Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
  • TIP: For a healthier option, use whole wheat pita bread and eliminate cheese.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
