- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

I was just about to post this for flank steak- just marinade for 8 hours in a ziplock, turning occaasionally. Remove the steak from the marinade (discard marinade)and grill 7-8 minutes per side with the lid closed at a medium high heat until a desired degree of doneness. Garnish with grilled red peppers.
