- 4 cups Minute Rice
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup corn
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 3 chopped green onions
- 1 (250 ml) bottle classic herb salad dressing
- 1 cup salsa
directions
- Prpare 4 cups minute rice according to package directions.
- Cool Add 1 cup each canned black beans, drained and rinsed, corn 1 chopped red pepper 3 chopped green onions, 1 bottle classic herb dressing 1 cup salsa.
- Mix lightly.
- Cover.
- Top with handful of lightly crushed naco chips.

Excellent - I had printed this recipe from the Kraft site and am so glad its here on Zaar. Will definitely make again. I used a full can black beans drained and rinsed and leftover corn cut off the cob. I could not find Classic Herb Dressing so I used 1/2 cup each Italian and Sundried Tomato Dressings.The Kraft recipe called for 1 hour refrigeration then top with crushed tortilla chips.
