  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease or spray a 10x15 inch bar pan.
  • Place longest sides of dough over shortest sides of pan.
  • Press perforations to seal.
  • Roll dough slightly up sides of pan.
  • Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool completely.
  • Cook chicken thoroughly, chop and shred finely.
  • In a bowl combine garbanzo beans, cheese wedges, chicken, cilantro, and taco seasoning mix.
  • Spread over cooled crust.
  • Top with the remaining vegetables.
  • Serve with sour cream and salsa.

  1. this was very good with lots of great flavor, I omitted the cilantro only because that's not a huge favorite of mine, and used shredded cheddar cheese in place of the Laughing Cow cheese, I did add in the jalapeno pepper, next time I may add in a little spinach also, thanks for sharing Coffee, this was made for KK's Recipe tag game

  3. What a special treat! I followed the instructions perfectly, and this was perfect! I didn't have the pan that was stated, so I made a make shift on using a larger pan, but putting the crescent rolls sideways and only using one half of the pan. This is a nice change from a normal layered dip and was well rec'd by all. I only had some wedged pepper jack cheese so I used this in place of the Laughing Cow, but other then that, kept everything the same. Grab your tortilla and jam away, because you will absolutely adore this layered Mexican fun dip! Made for Flower Power June 2009
