  • 500 g lamb, minced
  • 2 teaspoons cumin, ground
  • salt & pepper

  • Mix the cumin, salt and pepper into the meat and knead for a few minutes.
  • Take a heaped tbsp of meat and shape into oval ball. Grill, turning so it browns evenly.
  • Serve as part of a meze with dips and bread. Or serve with salad for a complete meal.
