Reviews

  1. We enjoyed this unique onion dish. I didn't have any small onions so I used a medium sized sweet onion. It worked well in this recipe. We loved the texture and flavor of the onion. The stuffing was delicious. The onion dish made a lovely meal served with pork chops. Thanks for sharing.

I HATE to see people join the site, have no published recipes, but rag on another cook in a review on a recipe they haven't even tried or didn't follow. Oh, and I hate cilantro, too. :)
