  • 3 tablespoons dark balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 12 teaspoon red jalapeno chile, finely minced
  • 13 cup olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Whisk the first 3 ingredients in a non-reactive bowl to blend. Gradually whisk in the olive oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover and chill but bring to room temperature and whisk before using.
