Quick and easy and you've always got these items on hand. I made half the batch and then used it with 1 package of medium tofu, marinated for a few hours and then baked, still in the marinade. Worked out beautifully. If you're worried about the amount of sodium, you could cut back the soy a bit and it would still taste great. Made for 'I Recommend' tag.

Funny. I've been using this exact recipe for years. Never tried it on pork, but it's soo delicious on beef roasts. I haven't used it for a while, so I wanted to make sure I had all the ingredients and measurements right. I never wrote down the recipe, so had to Google it. I googled, " La Choy Soy Sauce Marinade Recipe" . This is the first thing that popped up, but I'm SURE I got it right off of the label on the soy sauce...You don't have to be exact though; pretty foolproof. Anyway, hope this solves your mystery...and Thanks!
