Soy Syrup
- 2 cups soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, finely chopped
- 1 lime, juice of
directions
- Combine all & reduce at a simmer til a syrup consistency is achieved, about 70% reduction.
- Let cool.
