  1. This was a big hit at our family dinner! Substituted a mix of diced italian and chorizo sausages instead of ground beef, and doubled the measurements for a party serving. Great comfort food for anyone.

  2. Easy to make and tasted great. I used the lighter version of the ingredients to save calories. Definitely will make again.

  3. Awesome! This is easy enough to pull together on a weeknight after work and still feel like you're having a fancy meal. Served with garlic bread and a side salad, we were pleasantly full and happy. Like other reviewers, I chopped up 1/2 onion to brown with the ground beef. I also used a full-size jar of spaghetti sauce and about 10 oz. of whole wheat spaghetti, so mine will serve about 8 people (or double servings for 4 :)). I'm already looking forward to lunch tomorrow!

  4. A very delicious version of spaghetti/lasagna, "Spagagna". The only thing I added was chopped onions while browning the gr. beef. Very good and easy!

  5. All I have to say is AWESOME! I made homemade meat sauce at home the night before, so it was really easy to put together. I added zucchini, green pepper, onion and garlic. I put my BF in charge of cooking noodles and layering. Since my sauce was cold it took more like forty five minutes in the oven, so next time I will up the temperature. My BF used all the sauce (which was about double what the recipe calls for.) This is a definate make again meal! Thanks!

  2. This was pretty good and very easy. I made a couple of changes to it to suit our tastes. I used spinach fettucinne, added three crushed cloves of garlic to the beef while it cooked and used ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese. Next time I make it I will also add a bit of salt to the pasta mix. Thanks for posting.
