  1. Chop red peppers, green peppers and jalapeño peppers in tiny cubes, place in frying pan along with beef.
  2. Add spices to the frying pan, and fry until meat is browned all the way through and peppers are soft.
  3. In a large sauce pan put in crushed tomato, tomato juice and tomato paste, stir, than add meat. turn burner on to low heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. In another sauce pan full of water boil it and add spaghetti, cook until very tender, drain.
