Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Stir oil and Parmesan cheese into hot pasta. Add egg, stirring well. Spoon mixture into a 10 deep dish pie plate. Use a spoon to shape the spaghetti into a pie shell. Microwave uncovered on high for 3 minutes or until set; set aside.
  2. In Skillet, saute onion for 5 minutes till tender, add ground turkey and cook till done. Drain fat, return to skillet or in a large bowl, add tomatoes, paste, spices. Cover and microwave 3 to 4 minutes, stirring once; set aside.
  3. Spread ricotta evenly over pie shell. Top with meat sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 6 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Microwave uncovered on high for 30 seconds or until cheese melts.
