  • Add everything except the sauce.
  • Bring to boil. Cover and stir occasionally. When meat is done cooking take cover off and cook beer down.
  • When all the beer is cooked down add another half beer and cook it all the way down.
  • Drain if too much fat.
  • Add sauce and heat up.
