Spaghetti Sauce

"I needed a small amount of sauce to "top" a left over lasagna. I checked it out here. Wanted quick, easy, simple, and on-hand ingredients. Oh so many to choose from. Finding something similiar to what I had on hand for ingredients-chili ingredients; OOPS, my wife doesn't like spice! LOL. Long story short, this is very similiar to many others on here but MY WIFE LOVED THE SAUCE. Who knew? I think this is the first new foodie item I've made that she likes."

Having spent the last 40 years selling recreational equipment in Southern Wisconsin, I have closed my business and finally have time to cook. I never sold anything that anyone ever "had to have". SO NOW I'M LEARNING HOW TO PREPARE THINGS, FOLKS HAVE-TO-HAVE! Been great fun and love to expermint. My wife says I cook weirdsville. But, someone likes my cooking, and that's what is important to me!
