  1. Preheat oven 375. Cut squash in rings, scoop out seeds. Arrange foil lined cooking sheet with cooking spray. Bake for 45 minute Cool slightly and scoop out strands.
  2. Heat wine/broth in skillet add pepper & garlic, cook 30 sec. Add shrimp and sauté until done. Add spinach until it wilts. Add squash to pan and sprinkle with salt. Serve.
