Spaghetti W/ Steak Roll-Ups

Directions

  1. Cut steak into thin slices.
  2. Pound strips flat with rolling pin or what have you.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese and garlic.
  4. Roll up until steak roll is about 3/4 in diameter.
  5. Cut off and skewer with a toothpick.
  6. Continue till all steak is rolled.
  7. Heat heavy bottomed fry pan with a thin coating of olive oil.
  8. Fry steak rolls until browned to your taste.
  9. Remove from pan and add cooked spagetti.
  10. Toss until warm through (add more olive oil if needed).
  11. Add chopped tomatoes and 1/2 cup parmesean cheese.
  12. Add steak rolls, reduce heat and cover until all is heated.
  13. Serve hot w/ green salad.
