Spaghetti With Fresh Tomato Sauce

- 4 large soft ripe tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh marjoram, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 2⁄3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- salt and pepper
- 450 g spaghetti
directions
- Skin tomatoes by placing them in boiling water for 1 minute- no longer. Lift out and plunge in ice water. Peel off skins, Chop into 1/4 inch cubes. Mix with the other sauce ingredients in a non-metalic bowl. Cover and let stand for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling, salted water. Drain pasta and mix with the sauce. Cover with a lid and leave for 2-3 minutes, toss again and serve immediately.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
