  1. I made this as a side dish to go with some chicken. Really simple and good. Congrats again on your football win!

  2. This is a great quick, easy and inexpensive meal! I scaled to one serving, and used whole wheat linguini. I've never made a "sauce" quite like this before but it really worked - the garlic, crushed red pepper and cheese were a great light combo. Thanks for posting the recipe!

  3. This is a great quick meal. A different twist to the usual garlic spaghetti. I scaled this down to one serving, other than that made as written. Next time I will add some white wine to up the flavor. Thanks for posting this recipe. Made for FOOTBALL POOL 2011 - Week 3

  4. Made for your Football Pool win, I chose this recipe because of its emphasis on garlic, simplicity & versatility. I admit to using more garlic than suggested & it was certainly a tasty easy-fix, but its versatility won my affection. This dish works as a lunch entree if combined w/a salad, a side dish to a meat entree & can be expanded to a main-course w/the addition of a variety of other ingredients including diced tomato, black olives, shrimp or bacon. Congrats on your Football Pool win & thx for sharing this recipe w/us. :-)
