Lots of good things to say about this recipe. It uses healthful ingredients, and is not loaded with bad carbs -- would be "legal" on most popular diets. It is easy to prepare, and can be made with ingredients that many people keep in their kitchen. The only change I would make is to add a little salt and pepper over the top of the preparation before putting it in the oven. Otherwise, this is a versatile recipe that could be used well with chicken breast meat, veal, or maybe even tofu. A classic preparation!
