  2. add rice, vermicelli, onion and seasonings.
  3. Brown over med.
  4. heat (About five minutes).
  5. Add remaining ingredients.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Cover and reduce heat.
  8. Simmer on low till rice is tender and liquid absorbed.
  9. Add extra water if needed.
