  3. Add water, CAREFULLY.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Cover and simmer for 18-20 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir lightly.
  7. Cover and let sit 5-10 minutes.
  8. Fluff with fork.
