ingredients
- 1 small onion, sliced and divided
- 1 celery rib, divided
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced into rings, and divided
- 2 lbs round steaks
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 cups canned tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons instant minced garlic
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Place half of the onion, celery, and green pepper in a slow cooker.
- Cut steak into serving size pieces, then place in slow cooker.
- Put remaining onion, celery, and green pepper over steak.
- Combine remaining ingredients, and pour over meat.
- Cover cook on low for 8 hours.
- Serve over noodles or rice.

I started to learn to cook, after I got married, when my wife started working nights, and I couldn't get around because I had my entire left leg rebuilt. Will make no adjustments. <br />3 stars - good, might consider an adjustment <br />2 stars- Okay- will make adjustment <br />1 star- debatable I will make again, would with right adjustment <br />0 stars - Will not attempt again.</p>
