Yum.. this is in essence similar to the drink that I know in New Zealand to be called an "Ice Cream Soda" and once the carbonated drink (alcholic or otherwise) hits the ice cream ( or in this case Sorbet) it fizzes up the glass very quickly so I needed to use a tall glass to contain it in, I have no clue how to manage that chemical reaction in the limited space of a shot glass. Not that I would have managed to get two scoops of sorbet into a shot glass anyway ? The technical difficulties aside, the taste of this is very refreshing indeed, I used raspberry falvours for both the drink and the sorbet and it was a wonderful afternoon thirst quencher. Made for Zaar World Tour 2008. Thanks !
