  2. Beat egg yolks until thick and creamy.
  3. Add to cottage cheese and dairy sour cream.
  4. Blend thoroughly.
  5. Resift flour with dry ingredients.

  7. Gently fold in beaten egg whites.
  8. Heat lightly buttered griddle or frying pan.
