  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Put the vinegar into the milk and set aside about 10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, grease your cake pan (I use a bunt pan) and get all other ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  4. Combine everything once the milk has set a few minutes.
  5. Pour into pan and tap on the counter a few times to release the air.
  6. Bake at 350 for about an hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
