  1. This was very tasty, I liked the extra moistness from the yogurt even though it made the meat cook darker in places on the outside more than I prefer. Made for ZWT 8 by one of The Wild Bunch

  2. These were outstanding! I skipped the bun, and put the lettuce and tomato in my salad instead of on the burger. I made 5 patties instead of 4, because I have a fairly small appetite; and realized that these would make excellent sliders too. The patties were very soft, making them a bit hard to turn (I used the grill instead of frying) but I think putting them in the refrigerator for an hour or so would firm them up enough for this not to be a problem. I loved the flavor- warm from the curry powder (I used the powder I had on hand, not Pataks paste), juicy from the yogurt and onion. A great burger, and one I will definitely make again! Made for ZWT8.
