  • Halve kiwis lengthwise and scoop flesh out into a bowl. Mash with a fork.
  • In medium saucepan combine kiwi, pineapple juice, sugar, allspice and cinnamon. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until jam reduces to a generous 1 cup.
  • Transfer to mason jar, let cool and refrigerate.

Hmm... My pet peeve is people standing over my shoulder, especially when I'm cooking. Aargh! Ooh, and when my husband comes over to help, but doesn't read the recipe so he just improvises. Oy! But I still love him with all my heart!
