Spiced Lamb With Lentils

"I found this recipe in Good Housekeeping's Feel Good Meals. It is perfect for those days when work has been hard and you want to put your feel up and the food has to cook it self. The lamb can be replaced with chicken pieces. I have added the curry and left out the chickpeas."
