  1. 1. Soak skewers overnight.
  2. 2. Cube chicken and beef- put into separate bowls. Mix marinade ingredients and pour evenly over chicken and beef. Refrigerate for 2 hours maximum.
  3. 3. Cut up vegetables and place in refrigerator until ready to assemble.
  4. 4. After marinating time is over take meat and vegetables out of fridge and start to assemble the skewers in the fashion that you like.
  5. 5. Preheat oven to 500°F Bake for 5-7 minutes turn and cook again for 5-7 minutes. (Because meat is cut into such small pieces it will cook fast and completely through).
  6. 6. To assemble marinade mix all ingredients together. You can serve this cold or warm.
