  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place shrimp in large baking pan.
  3. Combine butter, pepper, italian dressing and lemon juice in bowl.
  4. Pour over shrimp.
  5. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  6. Arrange on large serving platter, pour pan uices over shrimp.
  7. Peel and eat!
