Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 lbs beef roast
  • 1 (1 ounce) package Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar banana pepper rings
  • 1 onion, sliced (optional)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can beef stock
  • 8 Italian rolls
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cheddar cheese (sliced or shredded)

Directions

  1. Rub roast with dressing mix.
  2. Combine roast, pepper rings with juice, and optional ingredients if desired.
  3. Cook on low 4-5 hours or high until done.
  4. Shred beef. Serve hot on rolls with cheese.
