Directions

  1. Mix and cook the first 7 ingredients.
  2. Add the beef (or chicken).
  3. Mix together the cabbage, cucumber and bean sprouts.
  4. Cook the rice noodles in hot water. Drain.
  5. Put the cooked noodles on top of the vegetables in individual bowls.
  6. Pour the soup over top and sprinkle with green onions.
