Loved this one, even though it seemed a bit too salty. Next time I'll salt this "to taste". I used the specified amounts of all the herbs and spices, except paprika, which I omitted. I also used black pepper, and sliced the carrots, since I'm too laze for a julienne! I'll definitely make "Spicy Carrot DISCS" again :-)

This recipe was very easy, and gives me some ideas for creating a carrot recipe to my own preferences. However, I didn't care for the mixture of flavors in this one, they just seemed to clash with the natural carrot flavor. I also found it to be a bit greasy, but maybe that was because I substituted margarine spread for the butter, since I ran out. Sorry I can't give it higher marks, I'm just going by my own impression of this recipe. Thanks for the idea, anyway, i'll keep it in mind!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!!
I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch.
We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
