  1. Set oven for 350 degrees.
  2. Heat butter to saute' onion and garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add jalapenos and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. In a a large bowl, mix cream cheese and milk until smooth and creamy.
  6. Beat in eggs, cumin, salt and pepper.
  7. Stir in mozzarella, onion mixture, chopped tomato and olives, mix well.
  8. Add spinach last, break apart while adding it to the dip.
  9. Stir together until well mixed.
  10. Pour into baking dish.
  11. Bake for 40 minutes uncovered.
  12. Stir well before serving.
  13. Serve with tortilla chips.
