  1. Add oil to large pot. Chop onion, bell peppers, jalepeno, and garlic. Cook in oil for 10 minutes. Add diced, cooked chicken. Add chili beans, tomatoes, corn, and chicken broth. Stir together. Add spices and cilantro. Let simmer for approximately . 45 minutes. Top with cheese, and serve with tortillia chips.
