  1. Preheat the oven to 425
  2. and lightly oil baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix all ingredients, except cheese.
  4. Form into 4 patties.
  5. Cook burgers for at least 20 minutes (10 on each side).
  6. Place the cheese slices on the burger about 2 minutes before they are ready.
  7. Serve on toasted buns with your favorite fixings!
  8. Enjoy.
