  • 1 cup chicken salad (use your favorite recipe)
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing or 1 tablespoon blue cheese dressing
  • 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeno, diced
  • 1 teaspoon bacon bits
  • 2 boiled eggs, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix together jalapeno and chicken salad. Layer ingredients in the bowl in the following order: lettuce, chicken salad, egg, bacon bits, dressing.
