  1. Combine 1/4 cup water and sugar in small saucepan.
  2. Add cinnamon.
  3. Bring to boil, stirring till sugar dissolves.
  4. Add cranberries and boil rapidly till berries just pop, about 2 minutes.
  5. Chill.
  6. Remove cinnamon.
  7. Serve in hollowed out lemon cups.
