- 1 seedless orange, unpeeled
- 2 cups cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1⁄8 teaspoon allspice
directions
- Grind the orange and cranberries.
- Add sugar, juice, mustard and allspice.
- Let stand 24 hours.
