Ingredients Nutrition

  • 6 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 12 cup parmesan cheese
  • 12 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 14 teaspoon ground red pepper or 14 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • vegetable cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Dip chicken in egg; coat with combined remaining ingredients.
  3. Place in greased shallow baking dish, sprayed with non-stick vegetable oil spray.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
