  1. Peel and slice cucumbers thinly.
  2. Then add 1 tsp of pickling salt and work until really juicy.
  3. Let stand for 1/2 an hour or longer.
  4. Then after that time squeeze out the juice.
  5. After add 1/2 tsp of paprika,cayenne pepper, and vineger.
  6. Let stand for 15- 20 minutes.
  7. When ready to eat add whipping cream or sour cream until juicy.
