Spicy Garlic Chicken Pizza

"This pizza is addicting--Chicken, cheese, and pine nuts with an Asian sauce and the zing of a little crushed red chili--and easy to make! This is also fabulous on a sliced sandwich roll instead of Boboli bread."

  1. I don't eat meat, but this looked good, so I printed it and voila! The kids and hubby loved it. It was easy and fun to prepare (made it a family project). Everyone raved. Another great use for Boboli!

  2. I liked this...it was a change from the normal garlic chicken pizza with its Chinese flavor.

  3. Spicy, sweet & salty. No need to marinade the chicken if you don't have time. Just cook the chicken plain in a little evoo, then add all the sauce at once to the same pan and stir in the cornstarch. Saves time and is still really flavorful.

I live in the San Francisco area and love it here. I discovered Recipezaar (then Food.com..Genius Kitchen) in 2001 and have been so happy to have my favorite recipes stored safely here. I am mother to 7 and grandmother to 7. I love to knit, smock, sew, etc., but my favorite hobby of the moment is traditional rug hooking. This is a sample of what I do.? It's called "November".? I dyed most of the wool myself. It is made from wool flannel, cut into strips a little less than 1/4" and then worked into a linen backing. This is my 3rd rug.
