Spicy Garlic Shrimp

"Easy and delicious, this recipe is great! You can leave out, tone down, or turn up the pepper sauce to your own tastes. I don't usually measure when I cook recipes like this, I just eye-ball it."

  • In a small pan, heat 1 T of oil or butter. Add half of the garlic, half of the shrimp, and half of the hot sauce.
  • While stirring frequently, add salt and pepper. Shrimp cooks quickly and will be done when the outside is red and the flesh inside is opaque.
  • When done, remove to a separate bowl and sprinkle with 2 T of Parmesan cheese.
  • The other half if the shrimp can now be cooked. By cooking in 2 small batches, you can vary the amount of hot sauce for those in your family with different tastes.
